Do you cover London & the South East?
Yes. The M1 runs from our Milton Keynes base straight into North London in about an hour; central London is an hour and a half to two hours depending on the time of day, and the Surrey, Kent and Berkshire towns are all within roughly two hours. We plan around congestion and access rules, and work out-of-hours where city-centre sites demand it.
Getting to London & the South East from Milton Keynes
North London is about an hour down the M1; the City and Canary Wharf an hour and a half to two hours outside the peaks. M25-corridor towns — Watford, St Albans, Slough, Reading, Guildford, Leatherhead — sit within about ninety minutes, and the coast at Brighton, Southampton or Portsmouth is around two and a half. Distance is not the constraint here; access is. Central-London sites bring congestion and ULEZ charging, booked delivery slots, restricted working hours and often night or weekend working. We price those logistics into the quotation from the outset, so the programme the main contractor agrees is the one that runs.
