About this project
Rooftop supply and extract ductwork serving the air-handling plant at Chingford Crematorium, insulated externally with 40mm Kingspan Therma Duct board and finished in black Protech ProClad weatherproof cladding. The runs include long straight sections, mitred bends and curved transitions, with the cladding formed to follow each change of direction and sealed at the joints to keep the insulation dry. The black finish was chosen to sit quietly against the roofline and the surrounding trees.
