We work with recognised industry materials and project-approved systems selected to suit thermal, acoustic, weatherproofing and mechanical protection requirements.

Pipe insulation

  • Foil-faced mineral wool

    General-purpose insulation for heating, DHW and chilled services. Typical brands: Isover, Rockwool.

  • Isover pipe sections

    Foil-faced glass mineral wool pipe sections widely used on commercial mechanical services.

  • Rockwool pipe sections

    Stone wool pipe sections for higher service temperatures and fire-resistance requirements.

  • Phenolic pipe sections (Kingspan)

    High thermal performance for less wall thickness — used where space is tight or thermal performance is critical.

Ductwork insulation

  • Isover Ductwrap

    Foil-faced mineral wool wrap for external thermal insulation of HVAC ductwork.

  • Rockwool slabs

    Stone wool slabs used on ductwork, equipment and where higher temperature resistance is needed.

  • Kingspan Phenolic KDI boards

    High-performance phenolic boards used where specified.

  • Kingspan Thermaduct PIR boards

    PIR ductwork system used on specific HVAC applications to project specification.

External weatherproofing

  • Aluminium cladding

    Durable metal jacketing for external pipework, ductwork and equipment.

  • PIB (Polyisobutylene)

    Self-amalgamating elastic membrane for complex shapes and continuous waterproof seals.

  • Proclad

    Modern jacketing system used widely on commercial and industrial projects.

  • Klasse Wraptec

    Wraptec system specified where its finish and performance are required.

  • Klasseclad

    Klasseclad system used where specified by the project.

We're not a formal partner, approved installer or distributor for any manufacturer unless evidence is supplied — we work with whatever the project specification calls for, and recommend compliant alternatives where appropriate.
