A free initial survey or project review is available where appropriate, depending on project scope and location. For larger projects or those further from Milton Keynes, we may agree the review remotely from drawings and photos.
What a survey may cover
- · Confirmation of pipework and ductwork sizes and runs
- · Existing insulation condition (for refurbishment / repair)
- · Access constraints and safe working arrangements
- · Programme and sequencing with other trades
- · Material and finish recommendations
- · Information to support an accurate quotation
What to prepare for us
- · Site address or postcode
- · Photographs and short video clips of the services
- · M&E drawings and project specification (if available)
- · Pipe sizes and ductwork sizes (or approximate quantities)
- · Approximate quantities or system schedule
- · Site access information and working hours
- · Programme dates
Not every project requires or receives an on-site survey — for many enquiries, drawings and photographs are enough for an accurate quotation.
