We price each package from your M&E drawings and specifications, agree a programme with the main contractor, then mobilise a team to site for the duration of the works. How a project runs depends on distance. Close to home, sites are worked as day visits, which suits small packages, phased programmes and repeat maintenance. Further afield, the team travels out at the start of a phase and stays locally until the works are complete, so the programme runs exactly as it would on a site near our base. On the longest runs we are straightforward about the economics: the scope needs to be substantial enough to justify the mobilisation.
