M&E general arrangement drawings, pipe and duct schedules, the insulation section of the project specification, and any client-specific standards or finishes.
What we ask
If material, thickness or finish is unclear, we ask the question before order. If something on site doesn't match the drawing, we raise it as an RFI rather than guess.
What we hand over
Where agreed in the scope, we provide completion photographs, material specifications, a completion report, warranty information and maintenance recommendations.
