Project address or postcode, access arrangements, working hours, programme dates and any constraints (e.g. live building, restricted access, weekend working).
Photographs and video
For refurbishment, repair or maintenance work, clear photos of the existing services are often as useful as drawings — sometimes more so.
Specification information
Insulation type, thickness, finish and any specific manufacturer requirements. If you don't have these, we can advise on suitable compliant options.
