Industrial Pipework & Chiller Plant

About this project

On this large industrial site, SR Thermal Services insulated and weatherproofed the external process and chilled-water pipework feeding the building chiller plant. Long runs of pipe sweep down from the roofline to the plant deck, each one insulated and finished in a bright metal cladding that keeps the weather out and holds the system temperature where it needs to be. We worked around the bends, valves and equipment connections so the insulation stays continuous from end to end, giving the client a clean, hard-wearing finish built to last on an exposed industrial roof.
